Every paid plan is now the organisation's and priced per person across both portals: Business and Enterprise, bought by card from Organisation → Billing & Account, with no trial on either (Free is the trial). A change to a published price is announced at least thirty days before its day and reaches each subscription at its next billing period.
The Studio pages downstream of delivery now read what the delivery lifecycle records - gate evidence, coding runs, pull requests and the merge hold - instead of the older agent-run chain. One feed of what the agents want from each pull request, verification collated across every package, releases planned in work packages, release comms for every audience, and a feedback loop that judges releases against real signals.
The Studio now follows a work package past dispatch to the pull request that delivers it. The Definition of Done reads the code itself, sends what falls short back to the coding agent - or has the system runner correct it on the same branch - and holds the merge with a commit status until the gate passes. Checklist items can name one particular agent, including agents defined in your repository.
One path from an intent to the work packages agents run against: the Intent Pad is a catalogue you can group and sort, each intent has its own page with a brief, reference pages, a value profile and a Workstream Explorer with an implementation map, and every work package is filled in on its own page and knows what it is built after. Shape with AI and the plan tab are gone - they were the same job twice.
A work package now moves because its Definition of Ready was met and the evidence says so - each item assessed by the agent or the person who owns it, the finding attached and attributed, the reviewer agents asked for a verdict, and a named human deciding. Change the package afterwards and the evidence it outdated is invalidated rather than quietly surviving.
The Ideas Board is now a live, shared canvas for workshops and retrospectives: everyone sees changes within seconds, facilitators run timers, votes and locks, boards can stay anonymous, and the board's structure feeds Generate.
A Studio can now read an existing codebase and build a manual of what the product already does and how it is built - capabilities, architecture, data, integrations and conventions, with file-path evidence behind every section - so agents extend the code that is already there instead of re-implementing it.
Paid plans are now billed properly. One page shows everything an owner pays for across every workspace and studio, with seat allowances, VAT invoices and a clear warning whenever a subscription needs attention. Enterprise is billed by invoice against a contract, managed from the Organisation Hub.
A Studio in Fully Autonomous mode can now run its generation loops to exhaustion on its own - and take a single intent all the way to a set of reviewable work packages - with live progress, a stop button and a review list at the end.
The public site was rebuilt around two ways of working, the documentation portal was split by product, and this Change Log moved out of the app.
Organisation admins can set security, AI model, branding and capability policy once and cascade it - as a default or as a lock - to every Workspace and Studio beneath them.
AI Product Studio became a priced product in its own right, with Free, Business and Enterprise plans enforced server-side.
Agents stopped being records and started doing work: real execution, an organisation agent catalogue, Studio-level recruitment, and reviewable code proposals.
