Every paid plan is bought by an Organisation, per person, by card. This is the whole of it.
๐ฑ Start on Free
Create an account and use one workspace for up to 20 people and one studio for one developer, for as long as you like. No card, no Organisation and no time limit. There is no trial on the paid plans, because Free is how you try the product.
๐ข Upgrade by creating an Organisation
A paid plan belongs to an Organisation. Create one, choose Business or Enterprise, say how many people you are buying for, and pay by card. The Organisation opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you link your workspaces and studios to it.
๐ฅ Seats are people
You buy a number of seats. Each person takes one seat, whether they work in one workspace, several, a studio, or all of them. Add seats at any time and pay only for the rest of the current period. When every seat is taken, the next person cannot join until you add one.
๐๏ธ Monthly, or a year in advance
Pay each month, or pay for a year in advance at the yearly price. Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and you can enter a VAT number there. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details.
๐ฃ Price changes come with notice
If a published price is going to rise, the owner of every Organisation it affects is told by email at least 30 days before. The new price then applies from your next billing period after that date, never part-way through a period you have paid for.
โฉ๏ธ Cancel when you like
Cancel from your Organisation's Billing & Account page. You keep everything you have paid for until the period ends. Then the Organisation is archived and its workspaces and studios return to the Free limits. Nothing is deleted. Anything over a Free limit becomes read-only until it is brought within it, and subscribing again reinstates the same Organisation as it was.
๐ค Negotiated contracts
A larger estate can agree its own rate with us on Enterprise, with a minimum term, billed by invoice against a purchase order. An agreed rate is not affected by changes to the published prices: it stands for the term of the contract and is looked at again at renewal.
