Review Feed: What the Agents Want from Each Pull Request
The Review feed gathers, across every work package in delivery, everything the Definition of Done’s agents have left for a person on a pull request: rework they asked for, questions they need answered, evidence that went stale, merge holds that are not doing their job, and checklist items still waiting on a reviewer role.
What appears in the feed
Nothing is stored for the feed itself — it reads each package’s Definition of Done review and its pull request, and lists the items waiting on someone, oldest first, grouped by package and pull request.
Filter by kind with the summary tiles, by agent, or by how long an item has waited.
Answering an agent
When an agent could not decide an item, choose Answer and say what it needs to know. The answer is recorded on the item against your name as evidence — it never decides the item — and the next assessment reads it. Then choose Reassess.
On a Copilot or Claude pull request, an owner or studio admin can also post the answer to the pull request, addressed to the coding agent. Mentions, links and markup in the answer are neutralised before it is posted. A contributor’s answer is recorded on the item but not posted. To settle the item yourself instead, answer the agent’s question Met or Not met on the work package.
Earlier runs
Agent runs from before reviews moved to the Definition of Done, still waiting for a verdict, are listed under Earlier runs. Accept or reject each one to close it. New work is reviewed through its work package.
