Admin — Cadences & Ceremonies
Configure your team's regular ceremonies — sprint events, recurring meetings, and ceremony checklists — so the workbench can prompt and track them automatically.
Sprint ceremonies
Configure which ceremonies occur in each sprint and their default duration. Standard ceremonies:
Sprint Planning — Beginning of sprint. Recommended: 2 hours per sprint week.
Daily Standup — Each working day. Recommended: 15 minutes.
Story Refinement — Mid-sprint. Recommended: 1—2 hours per week.
Sprint Review — End of sprint. Recommended: 1 hour per sprint week.
Retrospective — End of sprint, after review. Recommended: 45—90 minutes.
Ceremony checklists
Add preparation checklists to each ceremony type. When a ceremony is created in the workbench (e.g. a Sprint Review), the checklist is pre-populated so the facilitator can track readiness.
Recurring meetings
Add non-sprint recurring meetings (e.g. monthly steering committee, quarterly OKR review) to the calendar. These appear in the workbench calendar and can be linked to relevant reports.
