Teams
Create and manage delivery teams, assign members, and configure sprint capacity.
Team fields
Name — team identifier, shown on stories and sprint boards. Required.
Colour — used for visual identification on multi-team views (Sprint Board, Capacity, Programme Board).
Members — workspace users assigned to this team. A user can belong to multiple teams.
Sprint length — the team's sprint duration in weeks (1, 2, or 3). Used for capacity calculations.
Points per day — average story points a team member delivers per sprint day. Used to calculate total team capacity.
Planned absence — days off per person per sprint. Reduces available capacity.

Skills Matrix
Go to Teams → Skills Matrix to record each team member's skill levels. The matrix helps with team self-selection and identifying skill gaps before a new feature type is committed to the backlog. Enterprise
