Voting Report
Analyses storypointing and WSJF voting sessions — participation, estimation accuracy, and consensus patterns over time.

Key metrics
- Estimation accuracy — Estimated points vs. actual complexity (based on cycle time). Identifies systematic over- or under-estimation.
- Participation rate — % of team members who voted in each storypointing session.
- Consensus rate — % of votes where the first round reached consensus (no re-vote needed).
- Outlier frequency — How often individual voters are 2+ Fibonacci steps from the median. Persistent outliers should be coached.
- Sessions per sprint — Volume of estimation sessions vs. Stories estimated.
Tips
- Low participation reduces the value of estimation consensus — ensure remote team members have access and reminders.
- Falling consensus rate often means the team's understanding of Story scope is diverging — increase shared context in refinement.
