From the product
When you are signed in, on any plan, you can ask us a question, report a problem, send feedback or make a privacy complaint from any page: open the page guide and choose Report a problem or Send feedback. You follow the conversation, and reply, in My Account → Support.
With your message we send which page you were on (its kind, never what is on it) and the app's version, so we can find a problem quickly. A conversation is kept for 24 months from its last reply.
