Organisation Hub
The Hub is the landing page for Organisation Admins — an at-a-glance view of workspace health, seat usage, recent admin activity, and quick links to frequently used admin tasks.
Hub sections
Organisation Summary — Name, plan tier, contract renewal date, and total seat allocation at a glance.
Workspace Overview — All workspaces in the organisation, with last active date, member count, and delivery health indicator. Click any workspace to navigate directly to it (as an admin).
Seat Usage — Allocated vs. used seats across the organisation. Highlights workspaces approaching seat limits.
Recent Admin Activity — Log of recent organisation-level admin actions (member changes, security setting updates, template changes).
Quick Actions — One-click access to: Invite Member, Create Workspace, Update Billing, Review Security Alerts.
Workspace health indicators
Each workspace card on the Hub shows a health indicator (Green / Amber / Red) based on: last activity date, completion rate, security policy compliance, and AI governance status (for Enterprise workspaces). Click a workspace card to see the detail breakdown.
