Customise the visual appearance of your workspace — choose a colour theme, upload a logo, and set the workspace display name.

Theme presets

Choose from 8 built-in themes: Professional (default), Fun, Geeky, Creative, Hobby, Minimalistic, Ocean, and Sunset. Each preset changes the sidebar colour, accent colour, and button palette across the entire workspace.

Custom logo

Upload a PNG or SVG logo (max 1 MB, recommended 200—48px). The logo appears in the sidebar header and in exported documents. Leave blank to use the default Productivity Workbench icon.

Workspace display name

The display name appears in the sidebar header, notification emails, and exported reports. It defaults to the workspace name set at creation but can be changed here.

Tips

• The Geeky theme uses a dark sidebar — test it with your logo to ensure contrast is sufficient.
• Theme changes apply immediately for all users in the workspace — no refresh required.
