Admin — Agile Settings
Configure the agile process parameters for your workspace — sprint length, estimation scale, hierarchy depth, WIP limits, and velocity calculation.
Sprint settings
Sprint length — 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. Default: 2 weeks. Changing this affects future sprint creation but not existing sprints.
Sprint start day — Day of the week sprints begin (e.g. Monday). Used for auto-populating sprint dates.
Estimation settings
Point scale — Fibonacci (1,2,3,5,8,13,20) or T-shirt (XS,S,M,L,XL). Default: Fibonacci.
Velocity window — Number of past sprints used to calculate rolling average velocity (default: 3).
Focus factor — % of team capacity used for capacity planning (default: 70%).
Hierarchy settings
Hierarchy depth — Determines whether Vision, Outcomes, and Epics are visible in the workspace. Useful for small teams who only need Features and Stories.
WIP limits Business+
Set per-column WIP limits for the Feature Board and Sprint Board. When a column exceeds its limit, a visual warning is displayed. Values of 0 disable the limit for that column.
