Admin — Feature Standards
Define the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) criteria that apply to all Features in this workspace.

Definition of Ready (DoR)
The DoR is a checklist that a Feature must satisfy before it can be moved to "Ready for Development". Standard criteria:
- Clear title and description written
- Business value and acceptance criteria defined
- WSJF score set
- All Stories identified and refined
- Dependencies identified and resolved or planned
- Design and technical review complete
Definition of Done (DoD)
The DoD is a checklist that every Feature must satisfy before it can be marked Done. Standard criteria:
- All Stories complete and accepted
- Acceptance criteria verified
- No open bugs blocking acceptance
- Release notes written
- Documentation updated
Customising criteria
Add, remove, or reorder criteria using the drag-and-drop editor. Changes apply immediately to all Features — existing Features that had the criterion checked retain their state.
Tips
- Keep DoR and DoD to 5—8 criteria — longer checklists become box-ticking exercises.
- Review the DoR and DoD at each retrospective — criteria should reflect the team's current working agreements.
