What the Explorer shows

The Product Explorer renders the full entity hierarchy as a collapsible tree:

Each node shows its status, size, and completion percentage. Click any node to open the relevant popup without leaving the explorer.

Use cases

• Onboarding new team members — show them the full product landscape at once
• Stakeholder walkthroughs — collapse to Outcome level for executive view; expand for technical detail
• Traceability audits — verify that all Features link to an Outcome and all Stories link to a Feature
• Finding orphan entities — nodes with no parent are visually flagged
