Changing your theme

1

Open Branding settings

Go to Admin → Branding. You must have the Admin role to access this page.

2

Select a preset theme

Choose from 8 built-in presets. A live preview updates as you switch between them:

ProfessionalClean blue/white — the default

GeekyDark mode with a developer aesthetic
CreativePurple and magenta accents
HobbyEarthy, muted tones
MinimalisticHigh contrast, low chrome
OceanTeal and navy blues

3

Customise colours

Each preset can be further customised. Adjust the primary colour, sidebar background, main background, and card surface colour using the colour pickers.

💡 Check your customised theme in both light and dark presets before saving — some colour combinations look great in light mode but have poor contrast in dark mode.
4

Customise navigation icons

Each nav item can have a custom icon (emoji or icon character). Update them under the Icons tab to match your team's vocabulary and culture.

5

Set border radius and density

Adjust card border radius (sharp to pill) and UI density (compact / normal / spacious) to suit your team's preference.

Personal preferences

Individual users can override workspace branding for their own session via Admin → Agile Settings → Personal Preferences. Workspace branding is the default; personal preferences take precedence only for that user.
