- Stories completed per sprint — Count trend with sprint-over-sprint comparison.
- Points delivered per sprint — Total delivered vs. committed. Shows how consistently the team meets its commitment.
- Throughput by type — Split between User Stories, Bugs, Technical Tasks, and Spikes.
- Completion rate — Stories started and completed in the same sprint vs. carried over.
- Individual contribution — Stories and points completed per team member. Business+
Tips
- Use Productivity alongside Velocity — Productivity shows counts, Velocity shows predictability.
- A high bug count relative to user stories suggests quality issues upstream in the process.
