Reporting
Productivity Workbench includes a comprehensive set of reports across delivery, strategy, and team performance. This guide explains what each report covers and when to use it.

Delivery Reports
Sprint-by-sprint breakdown of planned vs. committed stories and points. Use this to assess planning accuracy and identify over- or under-commitment patterns.
Story throughput and velocity trends over time. Shows how many stories are completed per sprint and tracks your team's delivery cadence. Includes retrospective action completion rate.
Ratio of planned work completed vs. unplanned interruptions. Helps identify scope creep and the impact of unplanned work on delivery.
Holistic view of team and product health: sprint success rate, DoD compliance, retro action completion, and story rejection rate.
Planned capacity vs. actual utilisation per team member and per sprint. Surfaces chronic over-allocation and identifies capacity headroom.
Analysis of storypointing sessions — consensus patterns, outlier votes, and estimation accuracy vs. actual completion size.
Volume, source, and disposition of intake requests over time. Shows acceptance rate, average time-to-triage, and top request sources.
Per-team delivery metrics, workload distribution, and velocity. Compare performance across teams and identify imbalances.
Coverage of your user journeys by delivered features. Shows which touchpoints are well-supported and which have gaps.
Strategy Reports
Progress towards each outcome and the features delivering against them. Shows outcome coverage and feature-to-outcome alignment.
How well your current sprint and backlog align to your strategic outcomes. Identifies delivery that is not connected to any outcome.
Visual map of your product catalogue showing feature coverage, gaps, and delivery status across product lines.
Accessing reports
All reports are accessible from the Reports section in the sidebar. Reports are workspace-scoped — you only see data for your current workspace. Use the date-range filters at the top of each report to control the time window.
