Delivery Health — Sprint completion rate, story throughput, and cycle time trends aggregated across all workspaces. Highlights workspaces with declining velocity or increasing cycle times.
Feature Completion — Features in progress, completed, and not started across the organisation. Shows which workspaces are making most progress against their roadmaps.
Team Utilisation — Story point capacity vs. allocation across teams. Identifies under- and over-allocated workspaces.
AI Effectiveness (Enterprise) — Aggregate AI usage, acceptance rates, and outcome achievement across all workspaces and Studios.
Governance Compliance (Enterprise) — DPIA completion status, policy exception counts, and Review Theatre verdict distributions across Studios.
